Dozens of New Homesites Added to First Phase

One of the hottest upcoming luxury residential neighborhoods in Spring Hill, Tennessee recently added more than two dozen homesites to its first phase of development! Here is the new plat map:

Below, is a Kerial Video that orbits the entire development, then zooms in more closely to show you the streets that make up “Phase 1” of Bluebird Hollow at Autumn Ridge. Very soon, Clark Homes and Landmark Homes will begin construction on the lots they own in Phase 1. Once the footers are poured on a homesite, the builder who owns that lot, will establish a price and accept a contract from an interested buyer, on that particular home.
