Spring Hill Planning Commission Gives Nod to Phase 1
When June Lake in Spring Hill is complete, this mixed-use community will boast 3.9 million square feet of commercial space, 1.3 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, 400 hotel rooms, aaand wait for it….2,900 homes!
Recently, the Spring Hill Planning Commission gave the green light to Phase 1 of the much talked about June Lake development in Williamson County.
This is the preliminary plat prepared and submitted by Benesch for June Lake Phase 1. This 7.13 acre piece of land that sits at the corner of Buckner Lane and Twin Lakes Drive plans to have 28 single-family home lots. Signature Homes will be the primary builder for this phase.
The developer is planning to add 3 public roads, 4 public alleys, 1 private cul-de-sac and sidewalks to connect with Twin Lakes Drive near Summit High School.
