Sarah Benson Park is a 27-Acre Active and Passive Park located in the heart of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee
This park has something for everyone to enjoy! The kids are going to love this colorful playground with an obstacle course set inside the 1799 Thompson’s Station Train! There are also swings, a big sandbox filled with lots of toy trucks and other fun playground equipment to get their wiggles out!
The open playing field has plenty of running room for many groups to play their favorite sport.
Walkers and runners have plenty of options to get their exercise in! Sarah Benson Park offers a one-mile walking loop with exercise stations located throughout. There are also 3 acres of multi-use trails connecting to Heritage Park on the other side of the hill!
Leashed pets are welcome at Sarah Benson Park. In fact, Mars PetCare and the Town of Thompson’s Station teamed up to create a Dog Sensory Garden.
